How Our Loyalty Program Works

💜 We want to reward our loyal customers 💜

With our points system, you can easily collect discounts for your next purchases! Here’s how it works:

How to earn points:

• 1 point = 1 CZK discount on your next order.
• Earn 1 point for every 10 CZK spent in our e-shop.
• 30 points for registration – create an account and request your points.
  Points for registration are added manually once we notice your account. If your points don’t appear, contact us, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible.
• 75 points for referring a new customer – recommend us to friends and get rewarded.
  The new customer must mention your name in the order notes; otherwise, points cannot be credited. Points are added manually after payment.
• 30–90 points for leaving a product review on our e-shop or on Heureka, Google, or Firmy.cz.
  Leave an honest review and help others choose—each review earns you 30 points. We receive notifications automatically (except Google), and points are credited once the notification arrives.

How to use your points:

• 1 point = 1 CZK discount.
• Points can be used for up to 50% off your order value.
• Points cannot be combined with other discount coupons. If you try to use both, we will contact you to choose which benefit to apply and adjust your order.
• Points are valid for 12 months, then they expire—don’t let them go to waste!

Example in practice:

• Spend 1,000 CZK → earn 100 points (= 100 CZK discount on your next order).
• Register and leave a review → earn an additional 60 points.
• Refer a friend → +75 points! (Make sure they mention your name in the order notes.)
