Complaints and returns procedure
Returns & Complaints Procedure
Please send an email to info@gallaterra.cz including:
- your order number related to the return or complaint
- a description of what you would like to resolve
- optionally, a completed complaint form or return form (available at the bottom of the page in the DOWNLOADS section)
- you may also attach a photo of the product, if relevant
Choose a shipping method that suits you for sending the goods back.
After receiving your email, we will contact you as soon as possible with further instructions.
Complaints are processed within 30 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
Product Returns
Returned goods should be:
- undamaged and clean
- preferably in the original packaging
Complaint Resolution
Complaints are resolved within 30 days from receiving the returned item.
Possible solutions (in case of a valid complaint):
- product replacement
- withdrawal from the purchase contract – refund to the bank account provided by the customer
- partial refund (discount on the purchase price)

EKO-KOM & Sustainability
The seller complies with Act No. 477/2001 Coll. on packaging and participates in the EKO-KOM system, which ensures the recovery and recycling of packaging waste.
Customers are encouraged to sort packaging materials and dispose of them at designated collection points.
